Halloween two nights to dress up
This Halloween was great for the two little ones. They got to dress up 2 nights in a row. One night for a school function which we enjoyed with the power out at school. That was an experience.
The next night, Halloween night they dressed up in different costumes and Trunk or Treated at the our ward building parking lot. That is a tradition for our wards to get together. They had a great time as you can see by the pictures.

PUPPIES!!! Born October 4th
Well yesterday, early morning around 3 am, Sadie went into labor. She had the first one on the floor heading for her whelping box in our bathroom. It was still in the sack and it look dead. I panicked and ran to get a towel. I had a hard time breaking the sack and then I had to take the bulb and clean out its mouth. (girl)I gave the puppy to Sadie and she clean it so well that the umbilical cord was bleeding I had to hold pressure on it until it stop. Martyn cleaned up the mess got in the shower and left for work. So it was just me and Torie helping with the delivery. She was a great help. The next one was born 50 minutes later with out a sack. (boy) The 3rd was born 30 minutes later ( girl) and the 4 th hour half later. (boy) So far all are doing well. I had to sit with them all day yesterday to keep an eye on Sadie. She likes to lick them so much. We have to stop her. She moves around so much, she almost sits on them and we have to hook them up to nurse. They have a hard time finding where to eat. Torie slept in the bathroom or actually she played on the computer till I don't know when. She was up still at 2 am. I came in and found her sleeping at 5am so I don't know when she got to sleep. She's worried about them also. They are so tiny. 3 inches long and 4 and 6 oz. Sadie's a good mom, she has a hard time leaving them to go outside and potty. She yips the whole time she's out there. She's worried about them. One time she didn't even get to the grass and went on the sidewalk so she could get back fast.

Studing Spelling words with Madison
Our daughter Madison, who is 6 1/2 says the darnest things. We practiced her spelling words for her test on friday, she gets them all right and then ask.. "Do you think I should dream about them tonight?" I told her that would be a good idea, as I chuckled under my breath. She says the cutest things. I will share them with you when they happen. So stay tune to get cracked up.
